Maneki Neko Cat

Japanese good luck cat figurine. I love the whole idea and lore around the Japanese 'beckoning cat' there are actually three different stories about the legend. My favorite being about a Japanese lord sitting under a tree during a storm and the cat 'beckoning' him away from the tree, seconds later the tree was struck by lightning, the cat had saved the man.
